I think the solid here, may refer to them being packaged rather than individual items

solid dosage forms

In pharma (and in this context), "sólidos" refers to solid dosage forms, e.g., capsules, tablets, etc. Other terms used in a similar way are "líqudos" (syrups, solutions, eyedrops, etc.). Solids usually do not need to be sterile, whereas liquids often do, hence the juxtaposition between "estériles" and "sólidos".
