Hi folks
This person is part of an aid team typically composed of 1/2 doctors, 1/2 nurses, and the "logista"
Here's some more context:
Durante l’anno sono state iniziate due nuove costruzioni che hanno previsto l’invio di un tecnico specializzato per tre mesi e successivamente sono state seguite dal ***logista*** del progetto:
una nuova sala di degenza della tisiologia (attualmente le donne affette da tubercolosi sono ricoverate nella sala di degenza della medicina) e un edificio...
Any ideas?
TIA
Derek

Comment: "Thanks to all as always. I don't think this nut is well and truly cracked as yet, but Fairy_Queen's proposal seems to fit my context fairly well. A "dedicated care coordinator" is surely spot-on in the States, but here in an outpost in Angola it sounds too specific and maybe too sophisticated. A project manager is another temping proposal, but despite the EU's lead on this one, I still resist calling people "responsibles". Maximum respect
Derek"

Dedicated Care Coordinator
In the US most patients are assigned a dedicated care coordinator either through their insurance company or directly in the hospital. Your care coordinator will monitor your progress and follow-up with you to ensure all of your needs are met. By working with other team members, including your physician, social worker, and nurses, the care coordinator will act as your personal advocate and support person.
When needed, you meet face-to-face with your Care Coordinator and social worker to address any concerns or questions you may have about your treatment.
