I wonder if "withdrawl" (and "withdraw" as verb) are appropriate in this context.

The Company "withdrew" because it disagreed with certain practices on the part of the service provider.


"Société X décidait donc de sortir du contrat de facilities management conclu avec Société Y."

"La société X respectait un préavis raisonnable de 6 mois en annonçant début janvier 2003 sa sortie du contrat."
