French to English Bus/Financial Business/Commerce (general) articles of association
This comes from the "Contributions" section of the Articles of Association of a company.

Sentence:

The "à due concurrence" bit is somewhat vague as previous entries in pro.z give varying possibilities and I'm not really sure which fits best.

Any help offered will be very gratefully received.

Selected

capitalisation of an equivalent sum from [reserves]

This is how I would put it. It refers to a practice that consists of turning retained earnings into share capital (capital stock). "Reserve account" here does no correspond to a standard notion in financial reporting and could probably be more accurately be translated as "retained earnings".
