English to German Law/Patents Law (general)

Dieser Begriff bereitet mir immer noch etwas Schwierigkeiten. Gerade jetzt kommt er wieder in folgendem Satz vor. The Borrower will, (not more than once in every financial year unless the Agent reasonably suspects a Default is continuing or may occur) permit the Agent and/or the Security Agent and/or accountants or other professional advisers and contractors of the Agent or Security Agent free access at all reasonable times and on reasonable notice at the risk and cost of the Borrower to (a) the premises, assets, books, accounts and records of the Borrower and the Target Group and (b) meet and discuss matters with Senior Management.

Kann man hier einfach von normalen oder üblichen Geschäftszeiten sprechen?
