rollbacks= this is actually a computer term: "rerun" es decir el proceso se repetira tantas veces como sea necesario.... = accion de repetir repetir la ejecucion de un programa de computadora o parter del mismo (as per Collazo).
"pended"= sounds like "pendientes" to me but it you want to use the term "colgantes" "hanging" o "prendidas, como si las tuvieras sujetas con un alfiler"....

against= detail held against a policy... they are been polite and instead of using the term "black mark" they are using details which you could translate as "incidentes"...
incidentes que cuentan en contra de la poliza. Es decir las companias de seguro te ponen una marca negra cada vez que haces un reclamo o si hay incidentes o detalles dentro de tus antecedentes que cuentan en contra tuyo o te hacen calificar como gran riesgo (i.e. to be a teenager is one of those details that go against your policy).

Thanks for your input. You are probably right about 1 and 2 (they make sense). Number 3, however, is not quite as simple as "contra". Furthermore, I think we have a completely different take on the concept of "details". In my opinion, and given the benefit of a more ample context, details are just the "particulares" (name, address, etc.) of a policyholder. "Against" in this sense, could probably be translated as "con cargo a". "Contra" is much too simplistic.
