English to Spanish Other Insurance
1. "Rollbacks" - The process will perform all necessary roolbacks to the database.
2. "To Pend" - When a claim is "pended" all updates top the database are kept, only the payment is held.
3. "Against" - Details held agains a policy.
Claims may be entered against a policy.

rollbacks= this is actually a computer term: "rerun" es decir el proceso se repetira tantas veces como sea necesario.... = accion de repetir repetir la ejecucion de un programa de computadora o parter del mismo (as per Collazo).

"pended"= sounds like "pendientes" to me but it you want to use the term "colgantes" "hanging" o "prendidas, como si las tuvieras sujetas con un alfiler"....
these are the claims that have not been paid or are still pending resolution. (I am not too sure about this so you may want to wait to see other responses)

against= detail held against a policy... they are been polite and instead of using the term "black mark" they are using details which you could translate as "incidentes"...
incidentes que cuentan en contra de la poliza. Es decir las companias de seguro te ponen una marca negra cada vez que haces un reclamo o si hay incidentes o detalles dentro de tus antecedentes que cuentan en contra tuyo o te hacen calificar como gran riesgo (i.e. to be a teenager is one of those details that go against your policy).

Furthermore, I think we have a completely different take on the concept of "details". In my opinion, and given the benefit of a more ample context, details are just the "particulares" (name, address, etc.) of a policyholder. "Against" in this sense, could probably be translated as "con cargo a". "Contra" is much too simplistic. By the way, thanks for the website you recommended. It has helped! "
