Wenn Sie das grüne Feld der Vorschmelzerheizung antippen können Sie die SOLL - Temperatur definieren auf die der Kleber erhitzt wird. Diese entnehmen Sie bitte dem Datenblatt des Kleberherstellers (erfahrungsgemäß zwischen 130 u. 150°C).
Durch antippen des gelben Feldes wird die Vorschmelzerheiung eingeschaltet. Wenn dies geschieht färbt sich das Feld rot. In diesem Feld wird immer die IST – Temperatur angezeigzt.

Wenn Sie das grüne Feld der Auftragswalzenheizung antippen können Sie die SOLL – Temperatur definieren auf der geschmolzene Kleber gehlaten wird. Diese entnehmen Sie bitte dem Datenblatt des Kleberherstellers (erfahrungsgemäß zwischen 130 u. 150°C).
Durch antippen des gelben Feldes wird die Auftragswalzenheizung eingeschaltet. Wenn dies geschieht färbt sich das Feld rot. In diesem Feld wird immer die IST – Temperatur angezeigt.
3) Folienvorwärmung vor Kleberauftrag
Im grünen Feld definieren Sie die SOLL – Temperatur auf die die Folie erwärmt werden soll bevor der Schmelzkleber aufgetragen wird. Im gleben Feld sehen Sie die IST – Temperatur der Folie. Durch antippen dieses Feldes wird der Heizstrahler vorgewählt und die Temperaturanzeige färbt sich rot. Eingeschaltet wird der Heizstrahler erst beim Automatikstart und der Sensor eine Folie erkennt. Dieser Heizstrahler funktioniert nur im Automatikbetrieb.
4) Folienvorwärmung vor Verklebung mit dem Profil
Im grünen Feld definieren Sie die SOLL – Temperatur auf der die Folie
gehalten werden soll bevor sie mit dem Profil zusammengeführt wird.

Touching that array pre-selects the radiant heater and the temperature display becomes red. The radiant heater only starts in the automatic start mode and when the sensor recognizes a foil. The radiant heater only works in the automatic operation mode.
4) Foil preheating before gluing to the profile
The green array defines the target temperature the foil should be kept on before it will be joined to the profile.
