All that's important for the English translation is to leave "REL 40 (2012)" unchanged.

Discussion

But here we have FVC 61% FEVI 35%, which would be 0.57 or 57?
It is quite, and infuriatingly, common to use English acronyms in Spanish texts.
No problem, seems neither of us is convinced by either of our contributions...let's hope somebody else will be drawn in to solve the puzzle...t'would make a nice change..
p.s.
it's all very well leaving this as REL, but what does it actually mean/refer to?
I'm unconvinced by your "ratio 40%" though - FVC and FEVI are standard English acronyms, so one expects a priori that REL will also be. And if it was 40% surely they would have said so!
