The client is a Spanish bank although the context here is Mexican banking. I've seen "numeric assessment" used a couple of times, once in the Mexican National Banking and Securities Commission (CNBV) Annual Report (see p.16 http://www.cnbv.gob.mx/en/CNBV/Documents/Informe Anual Inglé... but it doesn't convince me as a term

@Marga Estoy casi seguro que se trata de "credit score" como lo has dicho. ¿Porqué no lo pones como respuesta?
Hola William Se me antoja que puede referirse al "credit scoring". Saludos

DEFINITION of 'Credit Score'

A statistically derived numeric expression of a person's creditworthiness that is used by lenders to access the likelihood that a person will repay his or her debts. A credit score is based on, among other things, a person's past credit history. It is a number between 300 and 850 - the higher the number, the more creditworthy the person is deemed to be.

When I say it doesn't convince me I mean I understand the term to mean "give a score from 1-5 to", that sort of general use, I'm thinking that here it is more specific

agree Robert Carter : This seems to be what the term refers to, i.e. credit scores of customers. I think credit ratings are usually AAA, AA, etc., and they are usually given to financial institutions, countries, etc.
