Acquisition of customer complaints
Not sure of "Acquisition" is the right term here, but it works. "Segnalazione" here means "notifications", so it's basically a database of calls from users saying that there's something wrong.
Note from asker:
Do you mean that "disservizi" is "complaints"? I translated "Disservizi noti" as "disruption notices" a few lines above, believing that it related to outages or reception problems, was I incorrect? |

Discussion
But what about billing complaints? Or package subscription problems? Are they not handled at all or handled somewhere else?
In the text you show a few lines, and the one before is "reception" problems, so it is quite specific. The next line is "disservizi" which is much more generic. That may help you decide how specific you want to be.
So (re you question below) your translation of previous lines is not necessarily wrong, but you need to understand how specific the original text is. Are they talking just about reception? Or are they also interested in customer care in general that includes payments, subscriptions, etc.
