This is a list of headings in a Hazard Management Specifications procedure, with no other information provided.
The problem I have is:
and
Please note "I" is letter "I" and not number "1".
The source document was sent as a list of "unknown terms" with the project manager not aware that context might be useful.
The client is now unreacheable before the deadline.
I will be grateful as always if anyone has come across this before :-)
Many thanks

: Seems plausible, though C/L 3 may be a bit high for what can only really be a guess.

Discussion
I would stress the importance of this being made evident on the face of the EN version you return, so that the end reader is aware that the FR has been retained. It might even be an EN term in the first place. Who knows?

If it is indeed FI (first option), I was wondering if it could stand for "Formellement Interdit".
