'Let go' is the obvious one for me, though lots of other possibilities too, of course

Hm, that's trickier. Abandon is a bit suggestive to my mind. 'Surrender' could be made less suggestive with the right wording.'A total letting go'?
'A sensual abandon' could maybe work with the right wording after it?

I don't think you could just say "complete release" as the French does, so you might like to add "from stress". I know stress is mentioned in the third sentence, though, so it's not ideal ...
