English to Polish Tech/Engineering Safety Vehicle Security Perimeter

XXX has been commissioned by YYY to provide a concept design for hostile vehicle mitigation (HVM) to the new development within ZZZ.

The HVM measures proposed at each location around the secure perimeter will have adequate impact resistance (in accordance with XYZ) to prevent reasonable ingress of the threat vehicle at the speeds identified in the vehicle dynamics assessment.
