The deck area where the gantry is to be installed must be reinforced and supported from
underneath in relation to the loads that the gantry will carry.
Foundations must be welded parallel to each other acc. drawing (tolerances), so bolts rotate
easily in bearings when frame is moving.

矛盾なし。 前半のｗｅｌｄｅｄは　クレーンのｆｒａｍｅはいくつかの部分から成り立って、
その部分を溶接/一体化するという作業。

前後の文脈がわからないので断定できませんがfoundationsと複数になっているのがポイントでしょうか？
ここでのfoundationは、支床というかフレーム状なのでは？
船上クレーンの据付手順の文脈ですか？

船に吊り上げる前にサポートに溶接したfoundationを船に吊り上げた後そのままデッキに溶接するのでは？

前半のwelded と後半のweldedと、parelellとの前後関係はロジカルでしょうか？while they are lifted and weldedでは論理的にはpararellと矛盾しませんが現実は必ず前後するから矛盾していませんか？
