: that's not what they are doing, and even without any context it's completely off tangent - it's the translation for "to reduce ..." NOT for "to cut through ..." hardly the same thing!

What is the 'service' being proposed, and to whom?
My initial reading of this was to have a means of getting your marketing message through loudd and clear to potential customers, so that YOUR product etc. stands out from the myriad other products being flung at us all the time — sometimes, sifting through Google results, for example, is like looking for a needle in a haystack because there is so much 'noise' out there.
Is that the general tenor of your document? If not, then what is, please?
