Albanian term

Da've Imamat

Albanian to English Social Sciences Religion medreseja e mesme subject
Yes, I know -- this is not Albanian. But it is the Albanian transcript of an Arabic term. I asked the medrese for an explanation and I received this:

Lenda ne fjale ka te beje me pergatitjen profesionale te nxensit/ses ne fushen e didaktikes islame ( metodologjise se komunkimit islam).

Could somebody suggest a short version that looks like a high school subject?

Thanks a lot, Ledja I found Da'wa when trying to spell da've with Arabic alphabet in Google Translate. And then I found proselytisation. Your confirmation was needed very much. In Swedish, and for a Christian school, we have "missionering", but I don't think it works for a medrese. Even "proselytisering" exists in Swedish, but is very rare.

Da'wa Studies

As the origin and use of the word "da'wa" (also, dawah, daawa, dakwah) is tightly linked with the concept of spreading the word and teachings of the religion, it should - as various other terms in this context - be left as it is. The meaning of it is "proselytisation", but finding a course named as such in English is not likely.
Example sentence:

"...he Muslim Brotherhood has also established a European college for training imams in order to teach student imams how to implement da‘wa among Muslim communities in Europe"

"ANC opened a girl's sharia secondary school in 1975, its faculty of da'wa studies."
