I have a document from a court in Albania where the important term is "zgjerim i ekstradimit". Have you seen it before?
It might refer to adding more reasons for extradition, but I am not sure. My first thought was that they need more time, so "zgjerim" would mean "extending the period of validity for a decision on extradition". But the dictionary doesn't suggest that "zgjerim" is used in connection with time.

The term is not used in relation to time extension, but to extension of offenses included as extraditable.
