Il n'entre pas dans la compétence de la commission d'admission de répartir entre les obligés alimentaires la part qu'elle estime devoir laisser à leur charge.
Seule l'autorité judiciaire (le juge des affaires à la famille du tribunal de grande instance) peut déterminer les quote-parts de chacune des personnes concernées.
