1.
Cancellation by the customer of the contract concluded with the hotel requires the hotel's written consent.

Эржебет, извините, Вы действительно заметили "разрыв" первой. Но у Вас такое объемное объяснение (впрочем, как всегда), что как-то упустила :) Но у меня еще и другая трактовка "exists"// Я ни в коем случае не хотела Вас обидеть - просто констатация факта.
