The shareholders may opt to purchase within fifteen days from that on which the notification is issued by the Management Body; the latter, if there are several opting shareholders, shall distribute the shares offered among them, in proportion to the number of shares held by them. Where as a result of the proportional distribution there are shares to be awarded on a pro-indiviso basis, the Management Body shall distribute them by lot among the opting shareholders.
