Contexto:

Pursuant to the type-exportation exchange contracts
entered into by the CONSENTING PARTY and lhe
ASSIGNOR, lhe ASSIGNOR became a creditor for the
CONSENTING PARTY with respect to certain obligations undertaken under lhe following export finance agreements
(“Agreements"):

he fixed, agreed-upon consideration for this for-consideration assignment is US$ XXX (XXX US DOLLARS), payable by the ASSIGNEE to the ASSIGNOR hereunder, and as a resuit the ASSIGNOR gives the ASSIGNEE general and irrevocable discharge for the payment of the assignment.
