En una lista de los servicios que brinda un plan dental, aparece el item "coinsurance" y, según el plan, el coseguro puede ser "schedule" o "100%".

The insurance plans in USA have a lot of options. If you have copayment, it may depends on if the physician is the schedule of the insurance company or not, so the copayment has a different value. Insurance in this country is a science like Physics, Maths, or Biology. It requires a degree to understand all the options.
