Italian term

idrooperatore

Italian to English Other Other Cleaning
I'm translating a piece on an "idropulitrice" (translated by the client as "high pressure washer") which can be transformed into an "idrooperatore" with the addition of a certain accessory. This basically means that it can be used for a wider range of applications, such as washing and waxing cars, in wine making for sanitising casks, for cleaning cattle stalls, etc. Can anyone suggest how I might translate that "idrooperatore"? Many thanks, Sarah.

quite frankly I find little difference between the indicated high pressure washer and the "operatore" but suggest that you might differentiate in the proposed manner.

4 KudoZ points awarded for this answer. Comment: "You're quite right of course, they are practically identical, it's all in the name of "marketing"! As the client already uses washer for the basic machine, I've gone for this option which seems to say it all. Thanks."
