Ausserdem weiss ich nicht was mit der Floskel "with respect to the subject matter hereof" anzufangen.

Du kannst es bei Bedarf natürlich noch lyrischer formulieren, Michaela, aber der Wortlaut oben reicht im Prinzip.

: 'Gerichtsstand' refers to the location of the court in the case of a dispute. No place is mentioned here. A case could theoretically be heard in the USA as long as Austrian laws are applied.
