Prince of Wales check and oversize prints
Am hazarding a guess that this could be the same as one of my clients from the fashion world, who uses "over" in the very same way as your text to indicate a large, oversize print. Other clients also use "over" to indicate large, baggy oversize garments (like oversize sweaters, trousers etc) but here it seems to be referring to the print. Hope this sheds a little light...
