"Porcine' is the adjective used to describe things connected with pigs (eg. porcine reproduction) - on the whole, it isn't usual to remind the buyer of meat products about their source! It's also an adjective used to describe people when we want to compare them with pigs, as an alternative to 'piggy' or 'piglike' (eg. 'his porcine appetite' or ''her porcine eyes').

Thank you! Yes, it most certainly can be 'canned pork luncheon meat' - I didn't add 'canned' to my suggestion because I understood that it will be a label on a can, so I thought that maybe 'canned' would be somewhat tautological
