тут ограждающие конструкция я думаю перила итд

Я всё-таки согласен с Лингво.
Всегда писал либо "enclosing", либо "walling" в зависимости от терминологии конкретной компании. По понятным причинам, на русских сайтах прижился именно такой перевод.
В строительстве "ограждающие конструкции" -- стандартный термин, обозначающий стены, которые могут быть и НЕ несущими. Таким образом, опять же часто встречающаяся формулировка "несущие и ограждающие конструкции" означает "коробку" здания. Не думаю, чтобы настолько стандартный термин использовали в других значениях.
