Se trata de un fallo de divorcio por mutuo acuerdo. En los primeros párrafos describe el problema juridico principal y el subordinado, el objeto, los sujetos de la acción, los antecedentes y luego viene una parte que dice:

FUNDAMENTOS DE LA ACCION

Se decrete el divorcio- cesación de los efectos civiles del matrimonio civil celebrado entre las partes por la causal del mutuo consentimiento, con su correspondiente disolución y ordenamiento de la liquidación de la sociedad conyudal.

Luego siguen la actuacion procesal, las consideraciones, la conclusión y lo que se resuelve.

Tengo dudas sobre la traducción al inglés debido a la forma del verbo, el cual está relacionado con 'el divorcio' y con 'otorgamiento....

Les agradecería la ayuda.
