This is an "atto di conferimento" transferring a business unit to another of the group's company's [XXX]. The company deals with gambling/games/betting etc

"In data 25 settembre 2015 mediante PEC,l'agenzia dellle Dogane e dei Monopoli - Direzione centrale gestione tributi e monopolio Giochi,, comunicava alla [Company xxx] di non ravvisare elementi ostativi al progetto di conferimento del ramo di azienda."


I cannot figure out what this is about, I assume it is regarding regulation and granting of licence, but I do not know what is meant by this term so am aware I may be incorrect.
