neutral  Katja Schoone: Nein, mit lapse of time ist in diesem Fall nicht Verjährung gemeint, was soll den hier verjähren? Der Vertrag? Glaub ich nicht. Kündigung oder Ablauf der Vertragsablauf gehören als Beendigungsgrund für einen Vertrag zusammen wie alpha und omega ;-)
