degenerative C3/C4 spinal disease
Explanation:
'Spinal disease' seems to cover both bone and disk tissue.
Interestingly, Google returned just one UK hit for 'discarthrosis'. In 'Lecture notes on Orthopædics and Fractures', Prof Duckworth describes the complex pathological process, involving disk degeneration and secondary osteoarthritis, as 'spondylosis' (pp 243-245). This may be what the writer is describing here, but it is also possible that a more specific term would have been used.
I did once hear it said that 'arthrose' is correctly translated as 'degenerative joint disease', but this may have changed. I still translate it thus and have never had any comment to the contrary from orthopædic specialists.

Based on the suggestions here, I'm going with 'disk degeneration', which is commonly referred to in medical lit. Despite seeing 'diskarthrosis' on the web, I do agree that I think that is a mistranslation. Thanks for all the help!

discarthrose étagée
cervical arthrosis

Explanation:
Cervical arthrosis is the one dealing with discs (3 to 7 of the cervical spine)(spondylosis, disk rupture, radiculopathy, or in this case myelopathy, maybe cervical spondylotic myelopathy).
"C3/C4" = refers to the intervertebral disc present between the 3d & 4th vertebra.

CERVICAL ARTHROSIS wOULD BE my first choice; sometimes people also refer to "cervical disc arthrosis".

The translation from the Grand Dictionnaire Terminologique (Quebec) as "diskarthrosis" is not found in medical publications, reports and diagnoses.

Hope this helps.

(C3/C4 ) spinal osteoarthritis

Explanation:
"Osteoarthritis" (OA) is widely used in rheumatology (rather than "arthrosis") to describe the breakdown of the cartilage of one or more joints.
